Right to Information Act which came in 2005, is instituted by the Parliament of India to protect and practicaily implement the rights of citizens to gather information from governmental bodies.

MCT Training College, Melmuri, Malappuram, PIN-676517 is affiliated with the University of Calicut, approved by the NCTE and sanctioned by Government of Kerala. The college follows all the rules and regulations of Higher Education Department, Govt. of Kerala, University of Calicut and NCTE from time to time.
